Ballistic Protection
Level 4
Protection Level
The B4 level is designed to protect against lower-velocity firearms, particularly handguns like the .357 Magnum, .44 Magnum, and lesser-caliber firearms. This level does not offer protection against higher-powered assault rifles or armor-piercing rounds.
Ideal For
B4 is often chosen by clients facing lower-threat environments where firearms are a possibility but less likely to be high-powered. It’s commonly used in personal vehicles for executives or high-net-worth individuals needing added security in urban settings or lower-risk areas.
Vehicle Modifications
B4 armoring includes bullet-resistant glass and vehicle body. This level also allows for greater flexibility in vehicle handling and less strain on the vehicle’s engine and suspension.

Ballistic Protection 4
B4 armoring provides protection against handguns and smaller firearms, like .357 Magnum and .44 Magnum rounds. With a balance of hardness and toughness to resist penetration and spalling it is commonly used in military and civilian armored vehicles
