B5 armoring provides protection against higher-caliber firearms, including popular assault rifles like the AK-47 with 7.62x39mm rounds. This level is specifically designed to handle threats from longer-range, higher-impact weapons, making it ideal for areas with moderate risk
Ideal For
B5 is often selected for vehicles transporting valuable assets or individuals in environments where the risk of assault rifle attacks is present. It’s commonly chosen by financial institutions (e.g., cash-in-transit vehicles) and VIP security transport vehicles, offering a mid-range protection option that combines safety with manageable vehicle weight
Vehicle Modifications
B5 armor includes ballistic glass, fully reinforced doors, and additional armoring in the vehicle body. These modifications provide extensive coverage without the added bulk of the B6 level, making it a solid choice for those requiring reliable protection without compromising the vehicle’s mobility too much
Ballistic Protection 5
B5 material offers a higher level of protection compared to B4, with increased hardness and tensile strength. It's effective against higher-velocity projectiles and is typically used in areas of vehicles requiring enhanced ballistic resistance, such as around critical components. B5 armoring offers protection against assault rifles, like the AK-47 with 7.62mm rounds

Level Specifications

All the original glass will be replaced by armored glass. Multilayer internally coated polycarbonate to prevent glass fragments inside the vehicle after ballistic impact.

Body: Pillar posts and roof Crown will be armored with hardened ballistic Steel

Doors and panels: All doors and panel will be armored with Steel
4.
Structural Reinforcement: reinforcement of the pillar posts, hinges and window lanes

Front fenders R&L: Armored with hardened Ballistic Steel
6.
Overlaps: Ballistic Steel on internal frame
7.
Battery and fuse box: Armored with hardened ballistic Steel
